I'm Cathleen Madlansacay. A vibrant individual with roots in the DMV, whose story unfolds in California.

My journey as a Filipina-American, raised among five siblings, was the canvas that shaped my perspective and fueled my passions. I wear multiple hats, each representing an integral part of who I am. At the heart of it all, I'm an entrepreneur with a vision. The creator behind Essence Planner, my small business, I fuse my love for organization, artistic flair, and advocacy to create BIPOC mental health resources. Through my work, I'm reminded of the power of community and the beauty of being a dreamer. Beyond my business endeavors, I nurture my soul through R&B concerts, cooking for my loved ones, and nerding out about public transportation. You'll often find me playing with my two cats, making pasta from scratch, and enjoying a cup of espresso around the Los Angeles area.
